It's definitely possible, there's Chin Lipo (laser or tumescent) and there's buccal fat pad removal OR facial laser lipo (I've heard of that before but I haven't read many reviews about that.

I've heard many doctors aren't too keen on cheek liposuction because the chance of messing up is greater. But I'd say finding a good doctor is most important for that...and lots of research.

If you have a degree in biology, you should do proper research. I have read a research paper where the researchers identified several different fat compartments in the face - some are superficial and some are deep. I think there were as many as 9 total. All these - depending on GENETIC size and distribution and how they interact with the facial bones, muscles and skin play a major role in how you look. Yes, Jared Leto looks super lean when he drops his BFP, but most people don't have that GENETIC facial makeup to look like that even at very low BFP. As one of the posters above told you, models are models because first of all they are genetically gifted and second only because they work on their body and maintain a low BFP.

So, do proper research and be realistic about your expectation.

I had acculift with one of the best surgeons in the world (in Florida), one of the very few in the whole world that performs this procedure in the mid-face. It didn't do much. As I said, there are 9 different fat compartments in the face, and only a couple can really be targeted with surgery or even diet. The rest is GENETICS.

Thanks for telling me about your experience with acculift. That is probably all I needed to know actually. That even though you had one of the best surgeons work for you, the results at the mid-face were maybe not worth the cost, or the changes were not enough to give you the changes you were looking for.

I am also genetically gifted (ungifted?) underneath my facial fat. The Jared Leto post was to try and demonstrate the severity of my problem. When I was younger and lean, I was almost always the centre of attention and could walk through any public place and be stared at in the same way a beautiful woman is. Opportunities came knocking at every moment and life was surreal. Sound disgustingly arrogant, but that was how it was and I want to maintain that look permanently. I had a popular youtube account and everything.

Looks like excercise, a very strict diet and lifestyle is the only way.

...okay...lol

why don't you become lean again then?
if your weight and bodyfat is the reason why your face doesn't look like that anymore. since your face naturally develops fat when you gain, having face lipo will give you temporary results if you keep up the same diet and eating habits you have currently, since the fat will just grow back.

Also, you should consult and listen to doctors and people that know your facial structure, your opinion and theirs could clash. There are a lot of people out there who seek different procedures that don't really suit their face, and end up looking strange because doctors will agree to do whatever they ask for the sake of money rather than turning them down for a procedure that might not necessarily suit them well. Just saying.
