yky
Is zygoma reduction possible with sedation? I read most websites they all say it has to be general anesthesia. Does that mean that as long as a procedure is general anesthesia it is invasive? Is it hard to revise a zygoma reduction too? Lets say too much was taken off and you have sagging or you think the cheekbone is too small now. What can we do?
hj88
I don't know whether you can do zygoma under LA. But I don't think that's the test of whether a surgery is invasive. Plenty of surgeries under LA are invasive enough (ie nose). In a sense, zygoma is irreversible. Once the bone is gone you cannot reattach it or regrow it. If you don't like your results, your option would be some sort of cheek implant. For sagging, you are looking at some kind of lifting procedure (most of which are quite invasive). gentle-wind
I am glad that your surgery is a success so far!! I am thinking of having nose revision, lateral canthoplasty, and maybe chin advancement and side chin fat graft. I would appreciate it if anyone know good doctors for those surgeries. I think Dr. Lee is decent at fat graft since I still have my forehead, but maybe I just retain fat better than others since I have plenty of fat on my face. gentle-wind
They have an in-house translator there for English. So don't worry, you don't have to hire anyone.

gentle-wind
I wouldn't do a zygomatic reduction with sedation unless you think you can handle it. I would rather use general anesthesia since they have to cut through a lot in your month and one place by your hairline. Also they will cut your bone off... I think revising a zygomatic reduction is possible but is also very difficult to do. I only saw Dr. Lee giving me an example of his revision for jaw but not zygoma. A patient came to him after getting botched at another clinic. If you have sagging then you can try to fix the skin with procedures like mini lift. I think mini lift would be more effective than acculift if your sagging is serious. Ask your doctor what he/she recommends.
lolipop32swiss
Babe, I also still have a lot of fat from Dr Lee. I don't really like it. Makes me look a bit chubby. I think April 31 did good fat graft on my friends. I ll go back for free revision as I have a little dent on my forehead but can try Braun? Page ? Jay jun did a girl in in the group looks so pretty or pladen ?
gentle-wind
Thanks lollipop, I will keep those places in mind! 😘 I saw your pics and a bit chubby make u look younger. But losing just a little bit of fat can be good too. Jay jun did fat graft on that girl?

dragonboat
Hey lollipop, I hope you don't mind me jumping in but what did Opera do to your friend to cause a negative impression?
yky
Yeah good call. My pain tolerance isn't high so it is likely I will feel pain if only sedation is used for it. The worst stories Ive read about are patients who cannot move and speak but can feel pain. True horror! Is acculift not a type of minilift? On realself and I have seen pictures of old ladies who look much younger after they used acculift
gentle-wind
Some doctors speak English. Some are fluent while others only know a little bit. I only meet two doctors though. Dr. Lee is able to understand more than he can say. My nose doctor spoke fluently, so he was there to translate because the translator was on vocation. anna1706
Can you pls inbox me how much DA charged u for Jaw line + Zygoma? Thank you. Btw, I think it's great decision that you decided to do zygoma. I can see it very noticeable from the front. Now it's smooth line from the front look instead of having like a curve ( almost like a bump) before. I am glad that you are happy with your result. You look pretty natural vline.
