I don't have a specific problem with my nose other than I wish the nose was higher including the bridge and bigger and fuller. I looked up and this can be treated with just simple fat graft if you are adding volume, not exactly the shape. Where would you guys go and what kind of procedures do they offer? Is Sillicon a big no no? I simply don't want to look fake, or have something in my nose that I can't movie around. I'm thinking about cartilage diced with fat graft, which dream offers. I'm going for tapered eyes burial method so it doesn't show my eyes. And full fat graft. Do you guys know if Dr. Yoon is experienced or good? He is the head surgeon and apparently he is good in fat graft as well. I did find one bad review about the clinic after two revisions there I believe. But it was with Dr. Lee not Dr. Yoon.
