I went to all the pharmacies lining the BK Street, 3 pharmacies in gangnam, one even specially listed as a 365 days a year pharmacy where I got the bromelain and they only had the Korean alternative. Are you sure they are talking about the sineech or a Korean alternative? Or did they all go to a particular clinic and happened to chance upon the arnica in the pharmacy dedicated to the surgery clinic? It doesn't seem to be "available at all pharmacies" at all....
