onetrackmind
I had sliding genioplasty at Dream August 2014. My current jawline has an indentation on either side of my chin. Here is what I mean: http://s2.postimg.org/42t9cyd3t/IMG_5081f.jpg (my pic) Here are some pics of people who have the same problem after genioplasty (not my pics):http://www.realself.com/files/332819-163395.jpghttp://fi.realself.com/full/49daf855ee3f117d90d78e7f16f7c40f/2/3/d/userimage-586401.jpghttp://fi.realself.com/full/72f64c6bb57dca10feb316310d052fed/6/4/7/userimage-586402.jpg These indentations create a "crooked" impression because my chin sticks out and makes my jawline does not look "smooth" (as in there are indentations around my chin). Does anyone know of a doctor who can fix these indentations permanently? I consulted the fc doctor from DA. I asked if cutting the protruded part of the chin or cutting jaw more to smooth out the jawline is possible. He said a revision surgery would "not make a lot of difference" and is "not worth it." He recommend fillers to fill out the indentations instead; but I want to fix this permanently. Thank you.
