Hello from Seoul! I'm thinking of doing forehead fat graft to fill out a bony dent but can't come back for top up within a year. I was wondering....

Have any of you actually been satisfied long term with your forehead fat graft result after just 1 injection?

Or did you require a 2nd injection because of complete absorption?

Just trying to figure out if it's worth doing if I can only do it 1 time! Thanks so much in advance for sharing

I received only 1 injection of fat graft also because I couldn't come back within a year (school). Most of the fat has been reabsorbed and I can barely tell a difference unfortunately. I would say it was 80-90% gone :/

My mum had 2 injections though, and I can still see a big difference with her forehead (maybe 40-50% remained for her). Hope that helps!

I'm going back for my top up tomorrow (7.5 weeks post). At this point, I'm happy with how I look but I'm also looking forward to some extra volume in my forehead. It settled to look very natural considering how swollen it was for about a month post-op.

this depends alot of your body's resorption rate and the administrative technique. Mine lasted just over 50 percent 8 months later. This is with me being a smoker. If I didn't smoke it would be round 60-70 percent retained. Also my top up, unlike my first fg, I couldn't be bothered to quit smoking for 3 months before so i only stopped for 1.5 months. My forehead is still has alot of volume. In fact I didn't get much resorption this time around.

I assume you met Unji before and have noticed how nice her forehead is. She had it done well over a year ago and never did a top up. And skinny betch like her has a fast metabolism so that says alot.

Does anyone experience or did the doctor warn of, any side effects like vein injury from forhead fat grafting? I know that glabella region is vulnerable to injections so just wondering, thanks.

If you dont have any habit like frowing then fat will last pretty long but anyway since thats not permanent you will need to do again later on
