I'm interested in having zygoma reduction done at the same time as liposuction. So, I've been considering doing liposuction at TL because I believe they have a better method for zygoma reduction. However, I'm not as confident about their expertise in liposuction relative to other clinics. The TL website does not indicate specifically which methods they use to perform liposuction...tumescent, Vaser, laser? When I asked them they told me that they do Suction-Assisted Liposuction (SAL). However, technically all liposuction is suction-assisted liposuction the difference being how the fat is separated allowing for the fat to be suctioned out. Laser & ultrasound (VASER) in essence disintegrates the fat cells allowing them to be removed, while tumescent liposuction swells the fat cells and the suction forces removal. I tried to research Extended Cannula Liposuction and found nothing other than that it is a tumescent liposuction method.

Personally, I have concerns about the laxity of the skin especially my inner thighs and underarms and I understand that laser assisted liposuction provides some skin tightening effects which is why the method of liposuction is important to me. From all of my research I believe the best liposuction results will be achieved when the surgeon uses a combination of liposuction techniques based on the area, volume and condition of your skin. I'm still waiting to hear back from TL and hope that they tell me they do more than just tumescent liposuction as it will make my selection of clinics a lot easier. However, thus far based on this the two clinics I've found which definitely utilizes multiple liposuction methods are Wonjin & 365.

I contacted 365 recently and would agree that they are very skilled especially since it's all they really do. Also, the pricing was definitely better than Wonjin or TL. So, if liposuction is the only procedure you're having done 365 would be a good place to look into.

Hi all.
New here, but wanted to share my experience to date in selecting a clinic for lypo and gynaemastia.
As way of background: mid-thirties white male, gym and running 4-6x week; what what I eat, etc.
So far I have visited three clinics. My experience was really mixed between them. I have to say I was hoping to just "click" with one, but given the range of response, I was surprised how much the advice and costs vary. There seems to be some foreigner pricing, but also a lot of sensing around individual "willingness to pay" - so they were always asking me what I did, what my budget is, what my expectations are, what my company is. The opaque pricing is a challenge.
I will post an update in a few weeks after I've finished my in-person visits. I'm in Korea so if you have a question about a specific clinic, if I have time I will try to visit. Just message me.

Hmm... never heard about this place. I'm going through the forums to understand what clinics have a strong track record and the least amount of botched jobs.

Hello
I went to four plastic surgery clinics for liposuction in both thighs and flanks.
Grand Plastic- ₩10mill
JK plastic - ₩9.6mill
Banobagi- ₩8.7mill
JW- ₩8.5mill (cash)
I felt the most comfortable with consultation at JW with Dr. Seul, Chul Hwan.
I will continue to search sites and share the clinic of choice once I make my final decision.

Thank you for your sharing! But I feel it's little bit pricy.. Are they big hospitals in Korea? I saw the names a lot.
