You can PM me them if you like. If you had to rank what procedures turned back the clock most for you, how would you rank them? You can also include things like botox and fillers. Thanks!

I tried finding b&as on MVP website regarding philtrum reduction but couldn't find any. Why did you choose MVP for this procedure because it doesn't seem to me that MVP specialise in this area?
gantz Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Can the philtrum be reduced that much actually? These are the only photos I have seen with such a huge reduction, all the other b&a's from various hospitals didn't habe such a dramatic change. Hoping it is not photoshop

Also thanks for your advice on the procedures to get as we age. When you get your fat graft next week, can you ask doc if stretching the skin from fg can cause skin to sag later when fat goes away? Actually did you notice any loose skin when the injected fat went down to its lowest? Since we lose skin elasticity as we age, that's one concern I had about fg long term (think of inflating balloon and deflating it, balloon rubber gets bigger due to the stretching).

My long philtrum is congenital and its like almost a 1:1 ratio. I'm in my 20s so can't imagine how long it would be as I age... Your b&as look good!! Pls do update on the scarring from time to time thank you!!

jaspsev Posted September 5, 2016 Posted September 5, 2016 Just a quick update. Splints and stitches came off today fro rhino and here are the results (still some bruising and minor swelling. You can also see some stitches on the tip of the nose removed a few hours ago. Nosework was done by Dr Seo! So happy. http://imgur.com/a/3MpWN
