k-couture Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 I did my rhino reconstruction at Dream with Dr Park. He fixed my extrusion and maximised my tip projection. Extremely skilled and a very kind surgeon. He can do anything an open rhino specialist can. Also the top rhinoplasty specialist who specialises in closed rhino at Dream. If for whatever reason you want to do open rhino tho I would go to another clinic. Because you should choose based on speciality of the surgeon. Since he is the director and by far the most skilled one at rhinoplasty, if you want to do open rhino you will find better specialist for the open method at other clinics seeing as from the start he has trained and honed his skilled using the closed technique, not the open technique. Majority of the other clinics do not have surgeons who specialise in the closed technique so it shouldn't be hard to find an open rhino specialist since they mostly do open rhino

Anyways mine is natural but noticable. As in it looks very natural but u can tell ive had something done because its a big dramatic improvement. And that was exactly what i requested. I wanted a dramatic change that was projected and defined but not look fake. Its up to you what you want to request. Park is skilled enough to do what you request whether u want subtle or dramatic or natural or whatever. But if from what u explained, i think there is no need for u to do surgery at all if u dont want it to look like u had any surgery. Because any improvement will always be noticable. Also pitangui also does closed rhino but they don't use korean technique. The surgeon there is Brazilian trained
