Tax refunds for tourists undergoing PS in Korea

Not sure how true this article is but if it is, I think I'm going to Korea next year after April. Hope it applies to all surgeries from minor ones like DES to major ones like 2-jaw.

"Starting in April 2016, eligible visitors will be able to collect their refund upon departure after submitting a receipt for the cosmetic surgery they received from a local hospital and clinic, Yonhap News Agency reports."

What percentage is the tax refund?

its the VAT that is being refunded. just under 10% i think. I think they should let us backlog it. LOL. I want my 2014 surgery monies back!
