lolipop32swiss Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 Hi Guys, after a few years of research and thanks to my kakao group chat, i finally got the nose that i always dream for. I am so grateful to my ps buddies who found this clinic and dare going without any reviews. Trend clinic is a very small clinic and Dr lee does only one nose per day. I thought he was a little bit strange at first as he spent nearly 3 hours with your during consultation. During that consultation, he would take pics of you while you talk about you, things you like so he can capture your facial expressions. Then he makes you draw your ideal nose, then he draws one that he thinks is good for you and then will draw a last one that is in between what he likes and what i liked. I just wanted to get rid of piggy nose and triangular nostrils, make my tip more projected and my implant less obvious, fix the depression area due to too many rhinoplasties prior to this 4th one. I visited many clinics last march, april, and again this September and when i met dr Lee, I booked straight away. My best friend s sister came with me, she sometimes helped girls from my kakao group to translate in korean clinics ( she told me btw that only braun and gyalum asked her to charge us more to get commissions out of me lol she said she is my friend but wanted to tell me that is sthg they might do with other translators… Anyways, for my 3rd revision, i got donor rib cartilage to extend the columella, ear for tip projection, back of my ear to wrap it all up as my skin very thin so it will avoid extrusion i think when the tip is too sharp. I am now nearly 3 weeks post op but here under are my pictures taken day 8 post op after acculift and fg in da also. Dr lee was so evil i have to tell you. He is so perfectionist that he makes you come to the clinic every day for IV antibiotics and vitamins. THen he would do the check up himself daily even on public holidays days and sunday until you leave the country. He would not let me go until i succeed in doing the bandage correctly to prevent drooping tip and make my bridge slimmer as he likes it that way. On day 6 when cast was removed, he found out i was going to do surgery in da for acculift and fg , so before i leave the clinic, he made me come back and put on purpose a cast on my nose again so i won't get surgery the next day as planned in DA I still removed my cast right before going to DA and told them have to be extra careful with my new nose lol My nose before you guys can see it in my other thread: DAPRS my choice for face contouring…. Here are some photos 8 days post op The clinic has no english translator so had to hire my friend. But they have chinese translator though. My ps journey is over and wish you guys lots of luck with your research. I was lucky enough to a korean girl i met through my chat who was there for me everyday and came with me to the clinic together with my other chinese friend who was also there until the day i leave. lolipop32swiss Posted October 25, 2015 Author Posted October 25, 2015 I am way too swollen now and they said that with revisions case like mine (3rd revision) it will take more time to heal even...so I need to be patient but can already see from before and after that has much improvements.

So happy for you Seeing your results makes me want to consult with them. Do you think Dr Lee is good with primary nose or he is only specialized in revision cases? I have a typical asian nose with thick skin and bulbous tip and I'm planning to go to Seoul for a ps trip next year.
lolipop32swiss Posted October 25, 2015 Author Posted October 25, 2015 You should consult and Dr Lee will show you cases he did before similar to your case. And you ll see if it matches your ideal nose. He did primary noses I like very much.i saw slightly curve noses as well as straight ones. Sharp ones as much as more round. So it is all up to you to vehicle the messages to him. He can very straight forward and can upset you sometimes but in the end I know he knows what he is doing. The clinic is very very small and nothing glamorous about the clinic itself unlike dream where it is really pretty... As many asked me already the clinic is located in apgujeong exit 5 And my revision is open rhino for the 4th time. Nearly no scar for now
mila0 Posted October 25, 2015 Posted October 25, 2015 Thank you for your answer, he seems like a very good and skilled surgeon, perfectionist but knows what is good for you and also he cares very much for his patients. As I have seen many botched nose jobs from other clinics and their irresponsible doctors, I'm kinda scared to go under the knife but I will give Trend a try and book an appointment with them to see what suggestions Dr Lee has for my nose. Can you please confirm it's their website : http://trend-s.co.kr/indexs.php Do you know if Dr Lee uses silicone for the bridge or only does rib cartilage? His preference for open or close nose? I saw their kakaotalk on the website above but since they don't have english consultant, they can't give me information about drs techniques.

But the Dr is very ethical and will not charge you more just because your are foreigner I think or at least not too much more. As for locals they dont give them iv antibiotics and vitamines everyday for example. Much cheaper than what other clinics charge even for primary nose I believe. Maybe you should go with a local or translator that doesn't take any commissions next time

However, I had very good experience with Dr Cho from secret clinic who did revision on my double eyelid for free. I had bad job done by Dr Baik from Oscar. He did it for free actually. Then some friends went to swan clinic for their eyelid revisions and many other local clinics where you need to go with local. I visited Braun with some other friends and all the girls who went there got pretty eyes done by Dr cho. But the consultants are nasty. I didn't like it there personally but Dr Kim for fc and Dr cho are truly nice and skilled too.
