pixel01 Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Thanks for sharing ! It seems the article says J성형외과 and B성형외과 so there's a J plastic surgery and a B plastic surgery clinic in question. Does anyone know which clinic might be the B ps clinic? Maybe I should just avoid all clinics starting with B and J
microchip Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Oh dear, just when I put Braun, Baum and Jayjun on my list to go......boohoo....
tapiocabee Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 hey mircochip, was reading through a bunch of antiquated forum threads and came across 'COOKI Plastic Surgery'. Couldn't find any reviews on them but it looks like a 2 man band (two surgeons). One of the surgeons seems to be a board certified ophthalmologist and is a member of the 'Korean Society of Opthamalic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery'. Not sure if you are looking at getting your eyes done but it might be another clinic to consider? I booked a consultation with them for September along with Jayjun and ITEM, let you know how it goes I guess! Oh yeah, their link is here: http://www.cookips.com/eng/ Hope that helps, good luck!
vivigal Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 It's unfortunate but, JayJun had someone die of a flatline. Sometimes surgery can be unpredictable but, it's a frightening reality that death is part of the package in the worst case scenarios of plastic surgery. I wouldn't fault Jayjun entirely but, they could have been more organized. And it's commonly known that most Korean clinics DO NOT have a resident anesthesiologist. This adds onto the probability of dying during plastic surgery.
gongcha Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 I already shared in other threads i went to Cinderella for eye surgery. they were pretty anal about health check. so they refused me for same day surgery. coz I needed to do simple blood test and time was limited. i also was interested in v line so they told me i have to do ct scan x ray and other health check to make sure i'm eligible or something. i thought all hospitals required this?
microchip Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Many thanks for the info! The photos on the site look great! I am interested in redoing eyes and nose. Someone also gave me a Singapore site to explore. Yes, it would be great if you could share info after your interview with them. Best Wishes!
pixel01 Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Heh..didn't mean to scare you The 'B plastic surgery' is in Cheongdam-dong and Braun is in Apgujeong and Baum is in Nonhyeon-dong so those two are off the suspect list so you should be good
missrouge Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Isn't the girl who started this thread a promoter of Jayjun?https://www.instagram.com/p/BHB3oXdhhWH/
gantz Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 Yes, I think she is, she is also featured in their fb page.
missfitt Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 if no anesthesiologist then who do the anesthesia?
luzie Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 I'm not exactly sure if the lady pictured is a promoter for Jayjun but I have Kakao her b4 and she mentioned she became a model for the clinic in exchange for more discounts. I remembered her PF user ID and I'm sure she is not the thread starter for this thread.
plasticaddict Posted April 16, 2018 Posted April 16, 2018 Oh dear... I thought of going JayJun for consultation until I saw reviews here that someone died in the clinic Anyone still went there for eyes surgery recently?
