I was in Seoul in July 2015 for double jaw and vline at Face Dental. Overall, I feel there was improvement, but I still think my chin is a little long and wide, and my jawline still appears a bit masculine to me. I am currently at exactly 6 months from surgery, so perhaps in a month or so I will see a little more improvement. I was a challenge because my nerves run low so the doctor could not be as aggressive as he would like with the vline. Overall, I would highly recommend Face Dental for it was a wonderful experience for me.

I am planning to return to Seoul for several procedures:

Revision rhinoplasty: I had my nose originally done in the US and it is now short, deviated, wide and bulbous. I would like a streamlined nose.

Liposuction under chin: I have a little fat that is there, and it was there before I did double jaw.

Fat graft to forehead and cheeks: Just because I like how that looks.

And I may or may not try to revise the vline procedure. At this point it depends on what the doctors say. From what I understand I was cut to the max. I will see.

I am interested in Baum clinic, Trend and Jayjun.

Hi blasian, glad to hear you had a good experience at face dental and are healing! It'll prob get better because swelling from vline alone seems to take about six months to go away. Maybe you could get an x-ray here (I just googled and found out you can't see the actual nerves but can tell where it lies based on the structure) and email face dental for their opinion on if they can reduce it further.

When are you planning on going back? I've never heard of Baum, have only seen Trend on here, and have seen a few good Babi reviews for Jayjun (plus one girl here but am taking that with a grain of salt because she lives in Korea).

Baum specializes in rhino
I only know one person who got it done here for revision but her results turned out really well.

How do you know that Baum specializes in rhino? Except for that person you mentioned, have you seen/known more reviews on them?

Thank you

Hi Ilektra
When you go on their site, they have "nose cosmetic surgery" under their logo on the cover page. And two tabs on the side dedicated to nose. The way clinic's websites are set up gives a rough idea on what they're specialized in especially if it's a small clinic.

They also only do nose, eyes and skin treatments/lifts which gives it away..but every clinic must be able to do eyes
They actually might be really good/specialized at eyes too but I just don't know anyone that has done it there.

And unfortunately I don't but I'll let you kno if I find out. Are you also planning to do rhino?

Hey

Aaah I see, I thought of that as well, that the first surgery the clinics have on their website is where they specialize in but I wasn't sure, thanks for clarifying!

Yes I also plan to do rhino but for my case I prefer the closed method. Do you know if for bulbous nose it's better to have it with the open method? I don't want my columella shortened that's why I opted for the closed one..
