starrdust Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 Hello everyone! I've been lurking for while and finally made an account so I can share with you my yet-to-begin PS experience. A little about myself: I'm 19, Asian, and after years of contemplation, I finally have my mind set on undergoing facial contouring in Korea. I have a very wide, square face (it is literally a U-shaped square, no exaggeration. No tapered chin whatsoever.) On top of that, I have fat deposit around my jawline/neck. Yay genes You guys are probably imagining an ogre now haha... but honestly, I would look so much more balanced with a tapered face. Last month my mom finally agreed with my decision and said she would accompany me to Korea to get it done. Conveniently I'm in the middle of my gap year, so it'll be perfect if I do it now and return to school in September looking normal . The procedures I'll be doing for sure are V-line (long-curve, not T-osteotomy as I don't want screws in my face) and Acculift around my jawline to burn away the fat and prevent sagging. I've shortlisted the following clinics: -Braun -EverM -YKPS -The Line -DA -Dream -Girin -April 31 -View -JW -Beauty Forever Clinic -Namu -Lavian Long list I know haha, but I'm still in the eliminating process. If you guys have any reasons as to why I should not go with any of the above clinics, please let me know! ^^ Anyway, I'm 100% ready to make this change in my life. I know there are risks to plastic surgery, and the recovery process will be tough, but I'm prepared to get it done once and for all and finally be able to love myself. Oh yeah, I have a question by the way: EverM is pretty much my top choice at the moment, but they can only do facial contouring and I wanted to do V-line and Acculift in one go. If I choose EverM for V-line and a separate clinic for Acculift, which procedure should I do first? And how long after can I do the other? Thanks for any help, and I'll be posting updates soon

gantz Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 I think EverM doesn't do acculift..If you choose to do them seperately, I think acculift is to be done after fc, because you might have more fat deposits and it could be more accurate for the doctor to remove them, plus they will claim it will give you tightening effect (which I doubt it does).You must wait for the swelling to completely go away which will be around six months I suppose. One more thing: since your main concern is your face shape, if I were you I would only consider clinics that specialize in that department..

Acculift on face or body ? I suggest you focus on v-line surgery first. If you get this procedures at once, i am kind of worry that you will be get discomfort.
