Day 1 post op double jaw surgery

Hi guys! So glad that im out alive and today is my day 1 post op. I can see that my underbite is no longer there. Feeling so miserable and emotional now maybe because im alone. i cant breathe through my nose, wondering if that is normal. Anyone experience double jaw surgery mind to share so tips?
