Hi all,

Just thought it might be helpful to mention that 5/5 is a public holiday in Korea (Children's Day). It's a Thursday so it's helpful to keep in mind, whether you're planning on getting a consultation that day, surgery on or before that day - clinics will most likely not be open for your surgical or aftercare needs

Ah the memories. I first did my surgery in May 2014 and I booked my pre surgery consult on that day not realizing its a holiday and the reservations staff didn't either. I ended up throwing a hissy fit and tried to force them to get the surgeons to come in on the day lol...............Thinking about it now the staff at Dream must have thought i was the nastiest diva lol /hairflick

Wow that's very unprofessional of them to book you in on a holiday!

Hahaha it twas annoyng. Cos i wanted my pre op consult that day so i could take a day to process everything. I was freaked out for that surgery because it was to fix a nose extrusion. Anyways I ended up just doing the pre op consult the day of the surgery which was fine. My recovery was also very smooth and easy due to the technique used to fix my nose.

Also I think theres another holiday in May too, Buddha's day? Is that what its called? I only knew about it cos that temple near coex mall has a ton of beautiful lanterns
