missj93 Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Hi all, Just thought it might be helpful to mention that 5/5 is a public holiday in Korea (Children's Day). It's a Thursday so it's helpful to keep in mind, whether you're planning on getting a consultation that day, surgery on or before that day - clinics will most likely not be open for your surgical or aftercare needs
missj93 Posted April 13, 2016 Author Posted April 13, 2016 Yes!! That's how I found out lol. I think I'm getting my procedure done 5/4
missj93 Posted April 16, 2016 Author Posted April 16, 2016 Yes! My line and kakao are same as my PF ID
k-couture Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Ah the memories. I first did my surgery in May 2014 and I booked my pre surgery consult on that day not realizing its a holiday and the reservations staff didn't either. I ended up throwing a hissy fit and tried to force them to get the surgeons to come in on the day lol...............Thinking about it now the staff at Dream must have thought i was the nastiest diva lol /hairflick
jza155 Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Wow that's very unprofessional of them to book you in on a holiday!
k-couture Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Hahaha it twas annoyng. Cos i wanted my pre op consult that day so i could take a day to process everything. I was freaked out for that surgery because it was to fix a nose extrusion. Anyways I ended up just doing the pre op consult the day of the surgery which was fine. My recovery was also very smooth and easy due to the technique used to fix my nose. Also I think theres another holiday in May too, Buddha's day? Is that what its called? I only knew about it cos that temple near coex mall has a ton of beautiful lanterns
missj93 Posted April 19, 2016 Author Posted April 19, 2016 erg that sucks! i would've been so mad & done the same. like who cares if its childrens day or christmas FIX MY FACE LIKE YOU PROMISED TO!!!!
