jinyip Posted October 5, 2017 Posted October 5, 2017 I'm another victim of nerve damaged frm daprs dr lee. I had my zygoma reduction, vline and paranasal silicone implant in 2014. Since the surgeries done, my left side mandible to chin was recovery much faster. Numbness gone 95% and sensation back 95% almost 2yrs. My right side only back 30%, i thought maybe the more bone being cut, more time to heal since i still can feel my sensation was coming back. In this may 2017, my right side paranasal implant area was inflammation and numbness. I did contact daprs, they really rude. I also thought the implant pressing and blocking the nerves. For sure have my trip back to seoul in june, other hospital(never ever daprs again) for removal. At the same times, i have my nose revision done. I never thought that was a big problem. The inflammation and numbness was gone. After 3months, the numbness was back again and getting worst. Starting at corner of above right lip, then spread down to right lower lip and chin. The feeling are very annoying. Not only numbness, sometimes i can feel burning, tighting and pain like needling when much talking or facial expression all over my chin and corner mouth. I consulted with my local ps doctor, they said the numbness maybe due to scarring. I'm really depressed now. Will try to consult with neurologist.
