soysaucee Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Hey everyone, I'm traveling to Korea early September 2016 for rhino and DES. Looking into JW, iWell, Baum and MVP. JW quoted me about 4.4mil KRW for nose and recommended I get partial incision method for DES but this was in April. I ended up not replying for a few months because I had second thoughts about JW but now they're my top pick. Will they honor the previous quote given to me? Also, how does their deposit work. If I change my mind about surgery, will they refund me? Any info would help a lot
dollxo23 Posted April 17, 2017 Posted April 17, 2017 I am most likely going with my rhinoplasty + alar reduction at JW. This is what I was quoted in terms of a refund: "-For refund regulation- We(JW) will refund 90% of the deposit 3 days before your surgery, 50% of the deposit 2 days before your surgery, and 20% of the deposit 1 day before your surgery. There is no deposit refund if you cancel on the surgery day. This is based on the guideline of the Korea Consumer Agency."
satine502 Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 I'm trying to secure surgery dates prior to flying out but it seems like the deposit requests vary. How did previous PS travelers do it? Banobagi asked for 300,000KRW vs. TL asked for $500 USD
shashababy80 Posted April 26, 2017 Posted April 26, 2017 i had surgery with tl and i was going to have surgery with my sister for two person it was around 500usd but she decided not to get it done so i paid my deposit for 300usd they said if i don;t feel comfortable of sending that much i can send less than that, but anyway i ended up transferring 300usd.
