erichyung
Nose, the tip projection was... It's swollen now and I still don't see any difference lol. Can't say I wasn't expecting this but I just wanted a little little bit more projection. Right now it's still not beyond my lips

erichyung
I will decline to mention the name of the clinic right now but its a male doctor that specializes in closed rhino. The results were so "natural" that I actually look worse after the surgery, having been put through the whole ordeal of multiple surgeries, paying up huge sums of money etc. To make things worse I actually look kind of plastically botched because I somehow got my tip raised but my nostrils remained fat as always and now it looks really weird from the side like a pig nose. The doctors also mentioned alarplasty was not recommended for me, so it was not an option. My entire trip cost in excess of 12k, yet the results I got to be honest, were not even worth coming to korea, and might I say, I even prefer my old face better. Fillers did a better job of enhancing my looks the previous trip. So everyone here I would advise you to go for dramatic results unless you have a particular issue thats bothering you and you just want to get that fixed. Natural results will not satisfy you. You will not seem much prettier, nor will people start complimenting you. You'll just look different, and perhaps people can tell you had surgery. Whatever it is, the worst result is 1.Loss of Money 2.Loss of time 3. No good Looks 4.Looking Plastic. Unfortunately I seem to have got all 4 points, and again, everyone reading this post should seriously reconsider their plastic surgery trips and also lower your expectations. I came to korea thinking of having a total makeover like the many success before afters you see. Unfortunately, those are the "lucky" people who have had the perfect body conditions (thin nose skin) ,(look good with certain style of double eyelids), (good facial structure just with one flaw that dramatically changes their face) . Many other people also come out of surgery looking like crap. So guys, as I'm sitting here in my hotel, dazed from all the sedatives , ugly as crap, and suffering from the pain of having done 3 operations and 6 procedures in total and left with almost no money at all, I repeat , Please consider your surgery journeys very carefully. gats
Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time. I don't agree with going for dramatic results and not natural though as you can't apply the same approach to everyone, everyone's situation is different. Plus going for dramatic would results in looking even more plastic right? If you had gone the dramatic route, what would have done instead? Besides the nose, what else did you have work on? Are you happy with any of the procedures you got?
carlabell
im so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience But everyones face structure is different, some people require a dramatic change to get good results and some require natural look. For some people they have mulitiple flaws but choose to only fix one part and complain that they dont look pretty. Ithink people should think hard about which parts they want to fix an dmaybe talk to family/friends and doctors their honest advices too before doing it. Ask alot of questions before deciding! i havnt had srugery experience myself but i have friends that have and thats the advice they have given me
erichyung
Doctor said he could do it. In fact he was one of the only doctors who said he could. On the day of surgery itself after paying, he seemed to have changed his tune. This was after consulting 3 times, so yes, I double checked with him many times
erichyung
Would have done nothing differently. I did the kpop combo. Just that the results... I look neither good looking nor natural. The dramatic route was closed to me, doctors said my nasal structure simply couldn't achieve that. So I was just looking for an improvement in my looks. I have about 3mm Increased projection in my nasal tip. Yes, 3mm for 4,000 dollars... Though it's 3mm it now points up instead of outwards, so from the profile it's no difference. To make things worse, I now have a high nose bridge, so my bridge to tip angle is.... Almost a straight line. Perhaps the killer is that my features do not blend well at all. My eyes and nose bridge look like Daniel Henney, but my tip is round, fat and sloped up.
missfitt
Oh no erich try to stay positive. Swelling makes the look very different so be patient and positive. I wish you all the best. I also hear the tip drops after a weeks so the up slope will become straight. up slope on girls is nice but guys can look girly
