I am a 55 year old Asian woman. Due to age my eye lid skin has become droopy and saggy, especially in the corners. Has anyone here had any experience getting blepharoplasty or a sub brow lift for a more youthful look? Which procedure would you reccomend over the other?

Does anyone know of any clinics/ doctors that's are especially good at doing plastic surgery for women in their 50-60s looking to make their eyes/forehead more youthful?

For your needs, I would recommend JK. However, they are probably one of the most expensive clinics in Korea. They have their own hotel and spa in the same building. lol

Thank you for your reply!
Could I ask why JK specifically?

Did you yourself have here procedures done there and how were your results!

No experience with this procedure myself but given your age and how one's entire face will sag downwards as we age, I wouldn't do just your eyes only since your forehead and brows are likely lower as well. I don't know if you want the lift done now or wait a few years? As a temporary solution, would a botox browlift help at all?

my grandmother, much much older, got upper blepharoplasty and botox together. think it took about 7 months before her face looked natural.
It looks great now but I remember her being upset for a while because of it so keep that in mind :hrmm:.

Thanks for your reply! May I ask where your grandmother got this done?

May I ask how you chose this doctor and whether you had any consultations at other clinics? How much was the procedure if you don't mind me asking?

She had it done at a small boutique clinic in Korea, can't remember the name right now.

I guess you want lower and upper blepharoplasty. These surgeries do all surgery clinics in Korea. So choose like 3-4 clinics, make reservation and after consultation with doctors face by face it will more easy to make a choice.
