From their website. They said "Only one time cheek reduction with no possibility of saggy cheek". So I was wondering how much truth there is to that statement.

I'm officially 2 weeks post op now!!I had mouth stitches removed yesterday which hurt more than anything in my surgery experience so far T.T I don't feel pain on any actual surgery area except my chin! My thighs are still bruised and hurting but I think it's because I hardly had fat for my fat graft haha. Out of everything, the most painful parts have been my lower mouth stitches, lips, and chin area. I hope it goes away faster now that stitches are done ^.^

I saw Dr.Lee one more time yesterday and he was so happy and friendly to see me aww  He showed me my before and after xrays and my side zygoma was reduced so much, I'm so glad. This is honestly life changing for me!!
My frontal zygoma wasn't reduced at all. I have metal screws on my cheekbones and my chin. No they won't set off any meta detectors. :P My chin was slightly shaved down on the side (very slightly) and moved forward. My jaw angle was smoothed down (I didn't have much to begin with) and was made symmetrical. I didn't know my jaw was asymmetrical but the before X-rays showed it was!

I haven't noticed ANY sagging at all so far. Yes I was concerned about it since I had wide cheekbones and was also doing vline.. But I'm not worried anymore because I don't even have a small double chin unless I force it.

Oh and I LOVE fat grafting haha ^.^ my mom keeps saying I have a doll's forehead now.

Overall I had a wonderful experience at DA. Their pre-during-post OP care is spot on. My post-op overnight stay was great too, even when I kept pushing the call button for the nurse she was always kind, helpful, and attentive. They don't just do surgery and take your money. They take the time to make sure you're taken care of properly. Sky is an amazing English agent ^.^ I'm truly thankful for her and Dr.Lee and all the staff.

So glad you are ok!

When you say your front zygoma was not reduced, you mean you had quick cheekbone reduction? Where they only cut and push in the arch? Where are your screws basically? Only on the arch?

Thank you for sharing!

Hello everyone. I have been researching for a while about facial feminization surgery. Is that the same as facial contouring and just a different name they use in korea? My face has manly accents and I would like to make myself look sweeter with a petite feminine feel.

The surgeries are very similar- facial feminization surgery usually includes jaw reduction and chin remodeling, at the very least, and v line surgery is both of those. The techniques used differ, however. Surgeons in the US may not do t-osteotomy on the chin but instead just shave down the chin, for example.

Hi!! I'm home now and busy catching up with my life here hehe. I'm still swollen on my lower cheek area! It looks funny, like I had my wisdom teeth out. I'm almost a month post op! There is no sign of double chin unless I force it, so that's good!
My fat graft looks more natural now, I kind of miss the plump forehead look though hehe.
Sorry I'm not updating as much, at this point the swelling is going down slowly and there isnt too much change to report ^.^
