@jinyip I'm sorry dear I wish I could tell you sooner about paranasal augmentation
Honest doctors don't recommend paranasal augmentation unless they are sure that it's gonna be successful
Doctors suggested not to do it at least for me

I'm still on the fence. But I've decided that once money isn't a factor (aka when I finish my masters and have steady work) that I'll opt for fat grafting to hold things over for a few years until I reach my early mid 30s. Poor bone structure really seems to show then, so at that point I may opt for a minimal lift of my heavy cheek and have submalar malar combination implants put in. I wonder if people ever get cheek implants and fat graft at the same time?

Is fat grafting a good option for people with poor bone structure tho? I have been considering it for a while since the thoughts of pulling an implant in my face kind of scares me, but I'm scared If I choose FG my face will end up looking bloated instead of giving me the radiant high cheekbone look.

I heard that fat grafting is better than implant. You can try fat grafting first and if you like the result then you may choose for more permanent option.
