mblem Posted August 31, 2016 Posted August 31, 2016 I've been planning to go to Korea for revision after horrible jaw surgery with Harrison Lee (totally asymmetric and not what I asked for, permanent numbness) in Beverly Hills. Most people here say you can't find the same skill and experience level in the US and I tend to agree. Before I rule it out completely just wondering if anyone has heard of or been to Kimberly Lee. Since women tend to be more detail oriented, I thought it would be worth looking into female surgeons. http://www.kimberlyleemd.com/ Are there prominent female surgeons in Korea? Seems the majority tend to be male. Also considering Arnett Gunson in Santa Barbara, but my bite issues are so minimal I'm not sure it's worth the cost to go the full orthognatic route. Reportedly they cost $50-100k or more. Thanks and happy researching to all!
freakaice Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 One of my cousins went to her for jawbone reduction, but I can barely see the difference. I would recommend going to Korea for facial contouring, and thanks for the heads up! I was considering Dr Harrison Lee as well lol. When are you thinking of going? Maybe I'll join in with you if its to Korea haha
mblem Posted September 3, 2016 Author Posted September 3, 2016 Thanks freakaice, my intuition was telling me the same thing. After having consulted with several docs in beverly hills, I just don't think they have enough skill and experience for revisions. Definitely stay away from Harrison Lee, I've met many girls on here who had bad results and after care also! I have a flex schedule so thinking of going to Korea sometime in October/November. What about you?
freakaice Posted September 3, 2016 Posted September 3, 2016 Mm I was thinking probably later but good luck to you and your surgeries! What are you thinking of doing?
yumigumi Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 Are there any good facial contouring doctors in the U.S.?
oreocream Posted September 4, 2016 Posted September 4, 2016 This Dr. Harrison Lee...is he the plastic surgeon for Caitlyn Jenner?
mblem Posted September 8, 2016 Author Posted September 8, 2016 Yes, that's him! He boasted to me about Caitlyn Jenner before it was released to the press. In retrospect he seemed more interested in fame than my surgery.
mblem Posted September 8, 2016 Author Posted September 8, 2016 Thanks, good luck to you too! I'm going for jaw revision to fix the asymmetry and uneven line from my first surgery. What about you?
celest218 Posted March 7, 2017 Posted March 7, 2017 I also cheekbone and jaw surgery with Dr. Harrison lee and the whole surgery was a disaster. My once sculpted face is now completely ruined. I am in the process of finding a surgeon who is skilled in revision.
