mandy1605
Hello! Does anyone have any advise or experience regarding this? I know there's one that uses something like a coil to pull up skin, fat and muscles in the face to give a V-line. Basically I'm looking for something that can give a slimmer face without cutting the facial bone. Something Long-term, not botox or fillers. I'm 25 this year. Thank you! twocupcakes
It depends on your individual anatomy. The targetable areas of the face are bone, fat and muscle. If the mass of your face is muscle, then removing bone isn't going to do much for it, and vice versa. Thread lifts, which you're describing, aren't suitable for everybody. It'll depend on the thickness of your skin and things like that. If you could post or PM me a picture, I might be able to get a better idea of your options. k-couture
Any type of V shape without cutting would require you to have the bone structure to allow for it. If you jaw is square and boxy it will never happen without altering the madible and/or chin. Besides removing part of the lower jaw muscle (which has potential risks and side effects) the only jaw to narrow the width of your jaw is through botox. V line doesn't address the width it address the shape only. That is, unless you have lateral protrusion too which is rare even amongst asians. Also removing the muscle doesn't always mean its permanent either as there have been cases where it has grown back. For a slimmer face you might want to try facial liposuction, acculift or buccal fat removal. But do be careful if you go down this route as too much facial fat removed can cause sagging and premature aging.
jairesjem
Nah no way man. Fresh doesn't have even have a real plastic surgeon. Their doctor is just a GP doctor. Apparently in Korea it is legalized for GP to do small things like liposuction and fat graft. The doctor that do the nose and eyes surgery there is someone they hire in every now and again like a casual worker. Super expensive prices for a GP and lots of photoshopped pictures. They tried to tell my friend she could do facial lipo and it would be as good as a zygoma reduction, it only made her cheekbones look bigger and more obvious. They even lied and said they could use the fat they took out from the face to do fat graft and all the fat died. We later found out no one uses fat from the face to do grafting because it does not last at all. Ask any real plastic surgeon this to confirm

kathy2406
Accusculpt; facial contouring injection; thread lift; laser lift could help
solarbeam
This is something I'm interested in as well. Not many clinics "advertise" it as much compared to other procedures such as eyelid surgery, rhino or FC (shaving jaw), but on DA's website there is a "non surgery facial contouring" page which does talk about available options. ohblackrabbit
Trimax laser, thread lift, lipolysis injection to burn fat, botox, and of course it is all not permanent , it s a process and u have to maintain a healthy lifestyle like yoga and pilates and eat lean food. Beauty is pain.lol
solarbeam
I asked DA about non surgery FC and they said it is injectional procedure. Does anyone have experience with this? They also quoted me $4000 USD which sounds very high. (My rhino quote with them was also very high at $6000 USD)

solarbeam
@Apeach wow that price difference... I also asked GNG about non surgical FC as they are one of my tops choices for rhino but they haven't replied yet. Through Docfinderkorea, the place that gave me the lowest quote for accusculpt was Banobagi at 3.3m krw for my whole face (2.2m krw per area)
kathy2406
@solarbeam ID quoted me 2.3m krw for face; there most be a clinic with cheaper price
solarbeam
@kathy2406 ID quoted me 4.5m krw for accusculpt AND thread lifting... I wasn't planning on getting thread lifting and now I'm wary that they're suggesting it in case the skin sags lol
