lovelypeach Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 @solarbeam Sorry for my misleading posts haha I have a lot of fat too in the face Fat grafting is not only injecting fat in your face, but kind of fat repositioning also? Because what they do is take your own body fat (usually from thighs) and put it in your face, but it's common for girls who gets facial lipo and then fat graft in the right places (like forehead, temples, chin, etc) I'm gonna loose a bit of weight to reduce maximum sagging, then go for FC and then fat graft maybe a year later Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I thought once the fat was removed it was gone? why would the fat come back? I thought our fat cells stablize within puberty and that if we gain weight they can get bigger but not drastically right? In my case, I have massive Masseter muscles (muscles of jaw) so Botox is quite effectiveness.
