airplanemode Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 I want a nose tip reduction because my nose tip is big. I looked in "Asia Nose Job 3" But everybody says something different and I dont know the costs of the operations. What costs do I have to expect in a good clinic for a nose tip reduction?
kebro Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 It depends on the method of surgery and your individual case, but it may cost around $3000-$5000USD in S Korea as a general idea. I would do an online consultation with a clinic if you want a better estimate.
erichyung Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 no way..... just nose tip reduction (nothing else like bridge or tip augmentation) should be incredibly cheap. I'd say around 1 thousand (if you don't get ripped off)? Braun had an offer for tip work and bridge for 2 thousand.
kebro Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Ohh I thought it was inferred tip augmentation as well, oops
erichyung Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 its not necessary to use anything to support. That is only for osteotomy to avoid the open roof deformity. No bone is ever used in the nose tip, just cartilage. What they do for reduction is to shave some of the fatty tissue and cartilage that is causing a "wide nose tip". To make it nicer at the same time they usually do augmentation, because every time you go inside the nose it gets harder to do it again the next time. So it would be harder if you only did reduction now, then in the future wanted to make it nicer. Everyone's preferences are different however, some people just want to "fix things" and don't really want to look different, so its possible to just reduce without making it more pointy. even with augmentation, 5k USD for tip work is a rip off and you should walk out if anyone quotes you that.
erichyung Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 there are a lot of price posts in the forums. The best way is to go to the clinic's websites, submit a picture, consult them online and get a price quote for your case. Being lazy is not the answer because no one can quote you an exact price for your specific condition. Everyone says something different because everyone is getting different prices. Prices vary significantly from clinic to clinic as well, depending on your condition, who's asking (race), as well as your bargaining skills.
missfitt Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Race? What has race got to do with price?
erichyung Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 Koreans or half-koreans will get lowest price. depending on clinic, some places Chinese get higher prices (3x) than other foreigners. but in some places with more chinese "bonding", chinese translators will help you to get discounts and other races pay slightly more.
