mandy1605
Hello, has anyone gotten this treatment? Please share your experience and any recommendations! Thank you
missfitt
What type of filler would you recommend? Korean filler is cheaper but is it as good and last as long? I want to calculate cost and compare the duration it lasts. Don't want to pay for super cheap but only last 1 month and then need to fly to korea again. No money for plane ticket hahaha
twocupcakes
Which areas do you want to treat? Different brands/products have different advantages.
gantz
I am also interested in under eye filler or fat graft! Anyone have a recomendation or experience?
d00little
Has anybody have recommendations for lip filler? I know that pretty much any skin clinic can probably do it, but there are lots asthetic considerations when doing lips so would like to get it done somewhere that has experience doing it. gats
There's TONS of dermatology clinics in Seoul, so you'll have a lot more options as you aren't limited to PS clinics. I'd like to hear any recs too as I know for filler and botox, the skill of the injector is important for a good result. I usually hear clinic names mentioned (ex. renewme) but the doc is never specified, this makes choosing hard since a chain clinic like that has multiple branches and multiple docs. Personally I would stick with FDA approved fillers and I would avoid any permanent fillers like artefill. Ellanse filler is available in Korea but it's not used in the USA yet, I'd be hesitant to inject something a doctor here wouldn't know how to deal with. Are fillers like Juvederm and Restylane much cheaper in Korea? Below are prices from a plastic surgeon in the USA just for the filler, consult fee not included. At those type of prices for a single syringe, you can pay a bit more and just do fat graft in Korea.Cost Per Syringe Restylane 1.0mL $875 Perlane® $975 Juvéderm® Ultra XC $875 Juvéderm Ultra Plus XC $875 Juvéderm Voluma® $1,275 Radiesse® 1.5mL $
missfitt
When I asked in clinics they go by CC? How many ml is in a CC and which filler do you recommend to last the longest
twocupcakes
1 cc = 1 cubic centimetre = 1 millilitre I paid 350,000 won for Restylane in Korea (and the next week, when I went back, the price had dropped to 300,000... grr.)
gantz
350.000 won for how many cc's and which area? Also, which clinic did you choose? Thank you!
twocupcakes
I paid 350,000 won for 1cc of Restylane for my nose, though I don't think the area affects the price. This was at a smaller clinic (which I think has a bad reputation here from a few years ago...), but you can PM me if you'd like to know the name~
d00little
I was considering Ellanse. I know it's not in the USA yet, but I think it's available in Europe and Australia.
junjun00
Actually you can find 200,000krw for 1cc of Korean filler. I don't think that has big difference from Restylane. Their products are also proved by KFDA and i thinks it is quite trustable.
wangcherry
I got nose filler 8 months ago in Seoul. It is an Korean brand; maybe Elravie. The clinic said it is approved product by Europe. I paid 850,000won. I like my nose. It looks natural.
