GNG Hospital Experiences (Rhinoplasty Specialists)

Recommended Posts

I’ll be going in April! And I booked a deposit my first trip, I also plan on booking a deposit next month as well to secure my date. It helps as well because I can plan my healing time and time I’ll be in Korea accordingly

Hi babe, when u book a deposit first did they quote you a much higher price knowing they have your deposit already and not negotiable during a face to face consultation or was it a fair quote?? Hope to hear back from you!

The price they quoted me was definitely fair considering I believe GNG has a base price for everything. So (if I remember correctly) bridge augmentation + tip plasty is about 4.5 million Korea won + 1 million Korean won for osteotomy. I want to say those are the numbers I was given my first trip and the numbers I plan to use to save for my next trip back this spring. Now of course if you need specific things or more things done because of problems with your nose it could be more or if you need less it could be less but that’s just the base price which when you physically consult with them could go up or down depending on your specific needs but I know that with my fc I was given a base price and then because I needed certain things done (like my chin was receding so I also needed an implant to get the look I wanted rather than two jaw surgery which I didn’t NEED but would also give me the look I wanted) so my price ended up going up slightly which was understandable but it never went up a crazy amount.

I felt/ still feel the same way. feels a bit iffy wiring a lump some of money to a place I have never been to, but to be honest I am only planning to stay for ten days, and I wanted to make sure I had extra time for extra pre operative care as well. Fortunately, I still have a few months to think about. Their online rep said that during peak months its best to plan in advance, whereas in off peak months you may have some flexibility depending on the doctor. I have more heart set on Dr. Seong tho - who i know is high in demand so...

I did nose osteotomy few years ago. The nose bone grew back. How can I prevent nose side bone from growing back after lateral osteotomy?

Hey guys! I’m going to GNG in April (20) ... to do double eyelid surgery.. alone
Is it save to go there by myself? Should I contact Docfinder or other agencies?
I was told I need to send a deposit of $500. Shouldn’t it be 10% of my total surgery cost?

Does anyone know any hotels around the hospital where I can stay?
Thanks...

Hi! I'm going alone as well in March. Most clinics will have an in-house translator, so to me, docfinder wasn't really necessary. If you're scared of using the subways, taxi's are a really easy option. If you're nervous and feel Docfinder will help you feel at ease, I'd say for for it as long as you know you likely won't get much negotiating room as you would without them.

Sorry, I'm not doing a deposit or staying in a hotel (I'm staying in an airbnb) so hopefully someone else can answer those questions  Good luck!
