As an update I am currently in the hospital- Day 2 Post Op. I had zygoma reduction, long jaw reduction and a silicone implant for my chin because it was receded and doctors felt that this was best rather than sliding genioplasty because they can only move the chin so far. Thanks for all the good wishes! Dr. Choi said surgery went very well! Honestly maybe it's because I psyched myself out thinking it would be worse than it was but I'm not really in any pain at all. Day 1 and 2 the only pain I sometimes feel is in my teeth. Kind of like a dull pain but it's definitely bare-able. And this is coming from someone with a very very VERY low pain tolerance. I think the worst part so far is waking up after the GA and all I wanted to do was puke (thankfully I didn't lol) and the nurses and Hazel just told me to breathe deeply in and out and that DEFINITELY helped. The nurses have been extremely helpful making sure I'm drinking enough water (highly recommend drinking the water and oral pumpkin supplement they give you as it makes you feel a lot less dizzy). Right now I still look like a chipmunk who got her wisdom teeth taken out and I know swelling is usually at its peak during the next few days so just looking forward to swelling going down. Will update you all tomorrow Feel free to PM me in the meantime with any questions!

No rhino this time around-though I'm really considering going back in the fall for it lol I did FC with Dr.Choi so out of the two I would recommend him..I believe he's the main doctor for it as well and his work is really something. Plus when I went in for deswelling treatments and he was on a break or something he would always come make sure I was feeling okay and wasn't in any sort of pain/my stitches were good. Idk about Dr.Kim but Dr. Choi was wonderful!

No not long chin-my chin was quite small! I guess it's when they cut less but more at an angle? If that makes any sense. I forget how exactly they explained it to me but it's long curve mandible reduction rather than saw square jaw.

Hi can anyone share your experience? I am also interested to have rhinoplasty and turbinoplasty at GNG. I got infected on my second rhinoplasty at another clinic in Seoul. All materials have been removed for more than a year. I don't want to use rib cartilage since my first rhino is silicon and I had no reaction or infection for 8 years. It seems like GNG can help my nose function, however my friends who have done many ps at other hospital wouldn't recommend me to go to GNG, she just said that they just opened and not that famous. I also don't want to use rib. Can anyone give me an advice? Would be very appreciated.
