teeteetee Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 Hi everyone, I consulted with The Line today about bulbous nose reduction and bridge augmentation. The surgeon gave me a choice between septum cartilage or donor cartilage for my tip. He never mentioned anything about ear cartilage. When I asked further, he said that Asians generally do not have strong septum for tip so he didn't recommend septum for my tip. For my bridge, he recommended silicone implant (5-6mm which I'm kind of worried about since that is a bit high for a previously flat nose, no?). Have you guys heard anything about donor rib cartilage? The Line is very high on my list for rhino.
