pinkmacaroon Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 Hi Everyone, Anybody has done SMAS Lift? With which clinic and Doctor? I'm thinking of having 1 so any review is gladly appreciated
jennie0906 Posted November 2, 2016 Posted November 2, 2016 Dr. Jo at Dream ps seems super skilled. I went for a consultation this summer for my mom and saw some before and after pics of his work. Phenomenal, and I was kinda shocked that almost 70 year old couple looked like they were in there mid 40s. Seriously. I saw those patients in person too.
k-couture Posted November 4, 2016 Posted November 4, 2016 My mum did her SMAS lift with Dr Jo too. Results were great. Then she got her old lady bridage to all go to him for their facelifts too lol. I have done a facelift myself too but mine is a concentric malar lift done in Australia. I think to know which type of lift is suitable for you, you should go to different surgeons and get various opinions. Usually the consensus is whats most ideal.
tom-tom Posted November 5, 2016 Posted November 5, 2016 I suggest you can consider a consultation with Dr. Joo Heon Lee at April 31 I have done my facelift by Dr. Lee on Sept 21. The result is amazing. Even my husband who is a plastic surgeon in Hong Kong is pleased with his super technique I am going to April 31 to have my second fat graft touch up today. My close friend will come with me and will probably do the surgery if Dr. Lee finds her fit You can read my thread with heading " My facelift experience with Dr. Joo Heon Lee at April 31"
brusuno Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 last year I was done SMAS lift on my face. I think din't had many pain. It is good for me. there are a lot of machine for doing SMAS lift. but I think efficient is same.....you can choose cheap one is best!!
k-couture Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 umm there's no machine that can do an smas lift. An smas lift requires the smas to be hand sutured in its new position, hence why it takes hours for the procedure to complete. I think you might have confused it with a superficial lift via ulthera or thermage machines.
brusuno Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 Yes I did ulthera like that. they says that ulthera could be attached SMASarea. so I was thinking SMASlifting=ulthera. just I confused...^^
sheonlylooks25 Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 Pity they don't have a lot of before and afters. But a very active past forummer, KoreanCouture saw a patient while she was at Dream one day and was very impressed, so much so she had her mother do her fl there. Hmmm, just checked out Dream's site and there's no Dr Jo there. What is his full name?
