From what I've read within purseforum yes most places would allow you to have surgery at the same day or the day after. Consult with them and let them know when you prefer to have your surgery i think they will do their best to accomodate your wish. But if you come at peak season (I'm not really sure when , if someone else could chime in and shed a light on this matter that would be good) i suppose you would have to wait. Then again, all you have to do is ask them.
For consultations, clinics usually will ask when you will come to SK. Tell them your date and they shall arrange a face-to-face consult with the doctor as you prefer.

If you research this forum, you will see that most PS goers have little issue on having a surgery date planned quickly once at a clinic. Maybe even on the contrary that during a consult you will be pressured to make a deposit to fix a surgery date.

But agree with @kkpeobee to make most efficient use of you time, make sure to plan consults in advance - 3 a day should be fine - and a tip is to plan at the beginning of the week, so you can have surgery that week.

Hello! I'm going to SK end of this October for double eyelid surgery. I made a little research and decided to go to JK and Item for consultation. I'm thinking about adding one more clinic, so I have 3 for comparison. I read that DES is an "easy" surgery and most of clinics can do them well.

I recommend you to visit 3-5 different clinics for consultation in Korea before making final decision cos you will never know which clinic is good on the internet really. No need to be worried as almost every clinic offers pick-up service and free interprete. I also booked 3 clinics and I had my V line surgery at the second one I visited. It’s not difficult at all to find clinics or hotels in Korea if they are in Seoul. Just do a lot of research before coming to Korea, and book consultations for around 3-5 different clinics. What you need to do is to write down their addresses both in English and Korean. That will make your life much easier. haha

There is a map in Incheon airport so don’t forget to take it from Information Center there. If you ask them to check the clinics you are visiting, they check it for you as well.
As many people mention, I also planned to visit 3-5 clinics before coming to Korea, so please do that to make sure you are choosing the right one.

@fairybox I wouldn't worry too much about airport pickup services. The public transport system in Korea is really well organized, and getting from the airport to your clinic/accommodation is really cheap and easy. At the airport there are many bus/train/taxi booths catered to foreigners for any questions you might have.

Hey guys, just wondering - would you think it's okay to have consultation with 5-6 clinics in a couple of days, then take a day off to immediately decide on which clinic to go for and do your surgery a few days after your consultation - all in 1-2 weeks' time? Or is it safer and better to go home to your home country first, think about it, then only fly back to Korea on a later date to do the surgery? I'm thinking of rhinoplasty btw.

I'm having this dilemma because on one hand, I'd like to save costs and time of rescheduling a surgery date after flying back home, but on the other, I'm afraid of being rushed into the wrong decision if I were to decide on the surgery immediately after consultation. Have any of you consulted and then immediately did your surgery before? Were you happy with your choice?

When I was trying to book for in-perosn consultations, a few bigger clinics actually did ask me to pay deposit in order to secure a date for surgery. I was threatened that if I don't pay deposit now, there would be possibilities that I won't be able to get the surgery done during my trip in Seoul. One of the clinics said their surgeons don't do more than three surgeries a day. And it gets filled up three weeks in advance...

I would prefer to go to several clinics but not so many cuz you might be confused because each doctor has their own method which is slightly different. I would say to do some research deeply and narrow about 2 to 3 clinics and visit.
