fairybox Posted December 22, 2016 Author Posted December 22, 2016 Yeah exactlyyyyy, although a higher nose bridge is super pretty, there's risk of infection, knocking it out of place (idk if this is a thing lol), people definitely knowing you did surgery and not to mention you have to say to doctors 'yah I have an implant in my nose' when u need non plastic surgery related surgery lol
muppets Posted August 5, 2017 Posted August 5, 2017 This is an old thread, but does anyone know of other clinics that could give this kind of rhinoplasty? I can move my nose from side to side but still end up jabbing people in the face everytime we do greetings...
_ava Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I would also like to know. I want to get a rhinoplasty and would like to learn about different types of materials that's put into the nose.
alliwish Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 I had a contracted/upturned nose because of slight infection after my 2nd rhino. Got the revision at April 31. It's been more than 3 years and my tip is really soft now compared to my previous nose(s). I can move it to the sides and everything and slightly upward as well(piggy nose) but not all the way up like they(April) have said. But they did tell me before the surgery that the tip is a bit harder for revisions so.. no complaints.
scandinavia Posted September 15, 2017 Posted September 15, 2017 Is that your "revised" nose in the picture? Looks really good!!
alliwish Posted September 18, 2017 Posted September 18, 2017 awwww thank you so much Scandinavia! Yes, it is! But that was like 2 months after the surgery. Now it has been over 3.5 years and I think the tip is slightly droopier than that picture. I ask my friends and they tell me I'm obsessed and they cannot really tell the difference. But I'm soooo sure that it got slightly droopier than the first year after the surgery. Oh, well, still not to the level of my disliking so once again.. cannot complain I guess.
