trishsul Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 BACKGROUND 9 months ago I did a full fat graft at DA in hope to look younger because my face looks so tired due to the sunken eyebags. Boy was i wrong. The result was not satisfactory at all, in fact it made me look like a balloon and the worst part is it highlights my eyebag and dark circle ( the doctor put the fats onto my cheeks but not under eye therefore there's a big line now between my cheek and my sunken eyebag which makes me look fat and old. I regretted my decision back then and asked them for a refund because clearly from the very first beginning i asked them to fix my eyebag and make my face to look not tired anymore. They recommended to do full face fat graft and i was silly enough to just go with it.PRESENT Now, i am coming back there again to do a revision because they told me i could not do it before 6 months. At first they did not want to be held responsible but after i addressed my frustration and told them that i have proof of what they said ( i have a recording when i did the consultation and addressed my issues - which was the sunken eyebag - and what the doctor said about it - that he was going to fix them ), they agreed to do the revision after 6 months. I notice that after the face graft, my cheeks and face become much bigger and a bit saggy. I used to have a V face and now its gone. I really regretted my decision at DA, and now I can only hope that they can reverse this.QUESTION 1. Can anyone suggest me any other place that is good for facial contour? I was thinking to do a mini-lift for my saggy face now.. I really want my old face back 2. Will anyone be there in Seoul from 29th-10th December? kaliyah Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 I did chin v line and undereyes fat graft at TL, and I know they also do different special types of lifting/contour. I didn't do a full face fat graft though so I can't comment on that. I'm currently in Seoul now and had my surgery almost two weeks ago. gats Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 One of the downsides to fat graft would actually be a positive for you as much of the inject injected fat is reabsorbed. How much of that fat from 9 months ago remains now? May I ask how old you are? Someone else mentioned they don't recommend getting fat graft over 40 since the face could sag due to the skin not being able to support the added volume.
trishsul Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 I am 25 years old and i feel the added fat has made my face more droopy now since before i had a V shape face. I think about 50% still stays but only in my cheeks. the rest is pretty much gone which makes it even worse i just look fat now and older because my eyebag is more obvious now
trishsul Posted November 29, 2016 Author Posted November 29, 2016 UPDATE - November 29th I visited DA to consult with them about the revision, and everyone, i mean every single one of the staff starting from the translator, consultant, and even manager that handles my case last march has QUITTED. I just can't believe it. What kind of business are they running here? When i told the new staff about my case, they tried to give excuses just exactly like last march when i addressed my concerns and they asked me to wait for 6 months. Guess what? It's been 6 months now and the result is even worse. I just cant believe this clinic. Will update more after i meet with the doctor.
trishsul Posted December 2, 2016 Author Posted December 2, 2016 UPDATE - December 2nd My meeting with the doctor was HORRIBLE. He did not want to be held responsible at all and he didn't even look at the B&A picture that i showed him ( there were lots of them, each displaying how horrible i look after FG that's done by him ). He insisted that it is normal that the result isn't like what expected and that i don't look abnormal now so the clinic and him did not do anything wrong. He was very ignorant and careless, even when i told him that the result has ruined the past 9 months of my life. The consultant was even worse ( the very fake and skinny looking - dolly like consultant ), she told me that even if the result is unsatisfactory, i cannot do anything because there's no big damage that they can see or i can prove. I had a written statement from the manager in DA that i can get a free revision when i'm back as long as it's 2016, and apparently it is not valid anymore because the manager IS NO LONGER WORKING there. I've never seen such low level of professionalism, seriously WORST clinic ever. The new translator, Olga, was actually kind enough to show a sympathy when i was telling her what i went through. Not only my experience was bad, the result is DISASTER. Now i just have to find other clinic that can fix the damage that DAPRS did.

What you can do correction-wise will depend on where the fat was injected and how deep or superficial. Can you feel it in your skin? Or is it much deeper? How much was injected? trishsul Posted December 2, 2016 Author Posted December 2, 2016 I forgot how many fats were injected, but they put it all on the wrong area. Instead of filling the hollowness under my eyes, they injected the fats to my cheeks. Honestly now i've made an appointment at another clinic to suck out the fat. Will update the result.

I regretted that i made a hasty decision, only based on this one forum and skimmed through the posts and read "no complaints" and did not even bother to make consultation with other clinic or find out about other clinic. Biggest regret of my life. Im so glad that you didnt go there @lucykwa1988
trishsul Posted December 3, 2016 Author Posted December 3, 2016 Thank you Tayto, i decided to go to TL and they recommended mini lipo to suck out the fats from my cheeks and suggested to do power v lift. Even they can see it straight away that the doctor did a bad job and overfill the wrong parts of my face with fats. It's ridiculous how DA just blatantly ignore this >.<

Sorry for cursing but I am seriously mad, I really hope the new clinic will improve your situation asap thank god you're not selfish and shared this on the forum otherwise I would have never know, I'm so baffled and angry !
