Paranasal surgery is such a tricky surgery, you really have to trust the doctor and the doctor's skills for that lol
Looking fake is so scary, or you can have disappointing results (not noticeable), plus the risk of infection.
But when it's beautifully done, you look so much more bright and youthful

Anyone here know someone who got it done (including a forum post)?
Is it not frequently done? If not... then how do people normally correct for sunken midfaces?

Fat grafting... it's not permanent, but it looks so good tbh. I'd love to have paranasal implant but I'm worried it's not gonna end up as expected
And fat grafting is safer. I'm going for this option aftermy FC after some time
There are many many reviews of fat grafting from people who have sunken face on korean websites

Yeah, Im not fond of paying for something not permanent.
But with implants, I also wonder what they'd look like 40 years down the line when our skin thins out. Even if they look fine now, will they be visible in the future when we're much older? D:

I also dont want to have to feel something under my skin every day. It would kinda get annoying. lol

Still can't find anyone on the forum who got it done.....
