coco100 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Hey do you mind sharing if you had to pay a deposit and if you did, was your deposit included in the surgery price? I got quoted the same price as you but the consultant says I need to pay a nonrefundable deposit 2 weeks before surgery
liz_elizabeth Posted March 21, 2017 Author Posted March 21, 2017 Yes i paid for the deposit because i didn't have enough time to staying so i booked on certain date that i wanted to have the surgery and on the surgery date i paid rest of the payment(subtract deposit) hope this helped you : )
holly-huynh Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 hi there!!! I'm looking to slim down the lower half of my face and I love your results. Just wondering, what is the difference between a power v and regular v-line surgery?
xsuxsu Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 great result! why does people say if you remove buccal fat, you will have saggy cheeks when you get older? i want to remove my jowl fat, do you think facial liposuction will help it? i heard laser toning will melt the fat too
linlin18 Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 I might be wrong but Power V is just another name for facial liposuction and acculift. V-line surgery is the actual cutting of bones, which is way more invasive!
liz_elizabeth Posted March 21, 2017 Author Posted March 21, 2017 the regular V line surgery will be the bone surgery i guess : P but for the power v its face lipo for sure
liz_elizabeth Posted March 21, 2017 Author Posted March 21, 2017 Yes i asked that question during the consultation and they said the saggyness is caused with aging but with its own you cant really get saggy cheek but they said when you can get older it can be more slimmer, which i preferred : p
liz_elizabeth Posted March 21, 2017 Author Posted March 21, 2017 Yes you are right!! i don't know really about V line surgery but power v yes it was face lipo!
liz_elizabeth Posted March 22, 2017 Author Posted March 22, 2017 Hi there, yes it was bit pricey but they said he had trademark right on power v surgery and has long time experience so i was like, yeah why not give a go with a doctor who has good skills than go to cheaper place with no skilled doctor, and the good thing was they didn't put me deep sleep so i knew he is the one who did my surgery, cause i read lots of thing about ghost doctor. anyway i loved the result so it was pricey but worth it
makotaco Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Hello Liz, Thank you so much for your posting! I'm actually going to TL for a Power V lift this April, and your photos and postings reassured me that I picked the best clinic ^^. I do have some questions though, regarding to this (if you don't mind answering them). Did you notice any sagging of the skin around your cheek afterwards? How long was the swelling process, until looking normal? I actually had my buccal fat removed like 2 years ago in US, and I remembered seeing my cheek sag like crazy after my swelling went down. My swelling actually started to go down around 3-4th week post op. Did you have any similar experience to this? Thanks Liz! P.S. your face looks very beautiful now.
liz_elizabeth Posted March 26, 2017 Author Posted March 26, 2017 hi there! for me due to the budget i couldn't get the lifting surgery : ( but i am going back soon!! during the consultation they recommend me to get thread lifting and power v but due to the budget i decided to get power v only which was my main concern. but as time goes by because i remove lots of fats i can get bit of saggy skin that is what the consultant was mentioned, but its not like so saggy that you can see the big difference, but when i touch my skin because of losing fats its like losing skin elasticity. so im definitely going back soon to get lifting surgery!!( i need lifting surgery anyway, i'm late 30s LOL), for the swelling i didn't get much like you i attached photo which i took the next day of surgery. i didn't get big swelling on the next day but 2~3 days later it got bit swelling which was told already from the consultant. and the most of them are gone with in a week!! hope this helped you good luck with power v!

makotaco Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Hi Liz, Yeah they suggested a lift also, but it was high in cost O_o .... more than the power V! I swear you look like you're in your 20s! Have you done other procedures? Teach me your secret, lols!
