sunsetthues Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 So I personally LOVE the type of noses that Top Class creates, and I'd love to have a consultation with them when I go to Korea next summer. My only concern is all the mixed reviews I've seen :-/ As I said before, I love the very dramatic yet elegant noses they create, but I've heard people say that one of the doctors (can't remember his name at the moment) tries to tell patients how their noses SHOULD look rather than listening to how they want their personal aesthetic to be. So does anyone have any experience with Top Class, and what was your experience like there? Also, I'm debating on whether I like "natural" looking rhinoplasty vs dramatic looking rhinoplasty. Another clinic on my list is April31, and they create very "natural" results compared to Top Class. In your opinion, what's better to have in the long-run, a "natural" looking rhinoplasty, or drastic/dramatic?
summerlux Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 I think it's really down to personal preference. For me I like dramatic but natural results. Top class has this aesthetic of unnatural looking and upturned noses, which makes it so obvious that your nose has been through PS. I've seen people who have done these sort of nose jobs and it stands out in a bad way. They look good but you know they're fake, that sort of impression. In the long run it's better to have a natural looking nose as your face is going to change with it.

I love those styles of noses, but now that I really think about it, i would hate if someone looked at me and thought, "she got a nose job" I still think they look great on some people but maybe not for me lol
