puppyt6 Posted April 18, 2018 Posted April 18, 2018 I talked to Reon, they commonly don't use pins for quick zygoma but they can if you ask for it, you'll get charged extra for using pins though. ANd yes they do have to cut the bone, there are no facial contouring procedures that don't involve bones cutting... unless you want botox for a temporary change.
