Hi hi  you look amazing. I' travelling to Korea in January and have a really hard time deciding which clinic to go to. I would like to ask you for advise as I am looking to do BA. By any chance, do you have WhatsApp or wechat or kakao?
I hope you can help me out  x

Thank you Catelet! Hope I’m not too late to reply.. I haven’t been on TPF for some time. I had local anesthesia during eye surgery since I need to be awake to open and close my eyes for the surgeon to check my results and GA while I was having the nose surgery and BA.

Hi All,

Plan to do the Fat Grafting on my forehead and shrunken cheek next year somewhere around 1st quarter, last week i tried to send my request to DAPRS via whatsapp and it seems like they are unable to give me firm answer, it will be great if fellow members here able to give some advice:
1) DAPRS quoted me 5.5m Korean Won for 1st time and 2nd time ( i wonder 5.5m KW is within market price?? )
2) How long i have to stay in korea? so that i can plan air ticket and accomodation
3) Any extra cost apply in-order to store our own fat at DAPRS ( prepare for 2nd time touch up )

cheers

5.5m sound too high. See this other thread here where they quote pricing for full face fg from 1.2-2m. I haven't had fg but I heard at least a week stay. I would not use stored fat for top up as fat survival is difficult, I don't think refrigerating fat for 3+ months would be good to use again. For most top ups I've read about, they lipo out fresh fat again.

HI @Gats, i guess 5.5m KRW is on the high side. I just received a quote from Hyundai Aesthetics https://www.hyundaisurgery.com/sub/anti01.php and is 1m KRW for single area, 2m KRW for full face, subsequent touch up is 500K KRW. It will be great if other members willing to share their experience at Hyundai Aexthetics
The minimum stay is 7 days after injection and i have to agreed with you about the Fats storage.

Thanks Jenny ! My face still look full now and swelling is all gone. I’m still satisfied with it after one year  I’m planning to go back in April and see if I need a second time fat grafting for my forehead and temple. Not sure if breast fat grafting works the same but hope you’ll find yourself a good doctor!

Hi Rose, I have round Allergan implants but I cannot disclose how much it is.. another thing is I’m doing several surgeries tgt so I’m not quite sure about the breakdown price of each one. I plan to go back for F/C this year also  hope your consultation goes smooth!

You posted this review because they gave you a discount to do so didn't they?

Hi char_char, no one has asked me to write review on the surgery. I wrote it because I was satisfied with their service and doctors’ skills. I could have said nothing and not posting any pictures. I simply want to let others who also want to enhance their appearance to have an idea of how ps is like and what kind of things they should expect before and after the surgery. I paid for my surgery and it is not cheap.

I’ve read the soyoung link you shared on another post, I feel bad on their experience but I cannot tell if those comments and attacks are real either.. Just like you cannot trust the words in my post, so I totally understand, it is good we think and filter what we read.

I actually went back for check up and consultation few weeks ago. There’s a tiny scar tissue developed on my eyelid crease about 10 months post op. It doesn’t bother me that much tbh but still I was trying to see is there anything I can do about it. They recommend not to do any revision which might cause another scar and might bring extra risk. And I’m mentioning this because that’s what makes me feel comfortable with them. They won’t push me for surgery just for money.

Anyhow that’s my experience and I can only share what I come across. I believe the best for us to do is still get to South Korea and do consultation face to face. Then we’ll decide whether if that’s a good and suitable clinic for us.

Don't get me wrong dear... Because they actually informed me to write a review for them to get a discount, that's why I was wondering if it is the same case for you.

Hey what’s wrong with that? Most of us love a freebie or at least a discount. Even MissOrange tried for it but didn’t get it. I am sure if you are pissed and unhappy there’s no way you would post a glowing review just for a discount, in fact, most people avoid going back to the same place to be reworked. The reviews that are suss are the ones without photos.
Dahlia we love your results. Most chicks wouldn’t even show their boobs on PF.
As for some girls being botched, it’s unfortunate as I have found through my research that all clinics cannot give 100% satisfaction every time to every patient.

there is nothing wrong with writing a review for a discount, if the person doing it makes a disclosure about getting a benefit by writing reviews. it is the same principle with bloggers and youtubers these days, they always make an affiliate disclosure statement on a sponsored post or video. transparency is essential, especially if the promotion is about plastic surgery
