sy1 Posted April 13, 2017 Author Share Posted April 13, 2017 Hi of course Regen: had it's own building, the Regen tower, with a shopping department on the first floor. Regen seemed to have the most fancy decoration and office with a nice view over the city which gave the impression that it is a large and established clinic. I had to delay my appointment with them in the last minute since my appointment before lasted way longer than I had expected. When I arrived, however, the consultant was really sweet and understanding and made sure I could speak with a doctor after he was done with his surgery. Probably it was because I was late, but Regen was the only clinic where I didn't get a CT-scan. I consulted with Dr. Kim who does breast, rhino, eyes. Of all doctors, he was the one to suggest the least procedures and was the only doctor to suggest only tip plasty. Dr. Kim seemed really kind, calm and patient despite he had just performed a surgery. I didn't ask that many questions as my main concern was just to shorten my tip, so the consultation wasn't very technical. Dr. Kim just suggested to shorten my tip and offered me to change the implant but didn't think it was necessary. Since Regen mainly suggested tip plasty, the price they quoted me was the lowest of all clinics of just 5 mil. and the consultant was even willing to bargain right away. The main reasons why I didn't choose Regen were that I am not sure if they deliver consistent results, the doctors are not specialists, and I was also a bit surprised by the prices which were much lower than the other clinics. Namu: I had heard about it on the forum and read that the clinic is mostly popular amongst locals. I only just booked the consultation one day before when I saw the clinic on the way to one of the others and probably that is why they didn't have any English consultants. Luckily I am able to speak a bit Chinese so I was able to consult with them anyways. At Namu I consulted with Dr. Kim who seemed nice and confident. Of all clinics he was the one to suggest the most procedures, which I think is because of the clinic's style which seems to be a bit more dolly. Dr. Kim was the doctor who wanted to improve my overall appearence the most and create the most dramatic change whereas the others doctors suggested natural change and mainly didn't urge to change my facial features. Even though I wanted a natural result, I was still attacted to Namu since I really think that they can make you look pretty. I have heard from a local that Namu is a good clinic, but I think that they are most famous for their eyes? Price wise they are in the middle. I didn't choose Namu because I was unsure that they would change my nose too much, but also because I wasn't able to communicate with them as well. For nose Namu wasn't on my top list but if would have wanted to do my eyes, Namu would definitely be on my top list. Is it possible if I can see before and after pictures of your nose . I would greatly appreciate it as I am also having revision rhinoplasty and am not sure which clinic to go to . However doctor said I need to wait six months as it's only been two weeks since my operation. And I'm not sure if I should go to same clinic or another one . Where did u get your first rhino ? sandra-may Posted May 9, 2017 Share Posted May 9, 2017 The implant was placed in my bridge to elevate and narrow it . However it doesn't suit my face . And I want my old nose bridge back. Also I had abulbos tip and they defined it but it looks overprojected . And now I just don't want any implants in my nose . That's why I want to have the implants removed . My only concern is that I would sometimes have liked the nose to be just a little bit longer, but at other times I think the length is perfect.
