choijaeyoung Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 is it alright to do double jaw for asthetic purpose along with v line?
linlin18 Posted April 8, 2017 Posted April 8, 2017 Personally, unless it's an issue you can't live with, I wouldn't risk it for aesthetic purposes. It's a very dangerous surgery.
kathy2406 Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 I heard that in Korea double jaw is done for aesthetic purposes not like other parts of the world Bone surgery can be done all together so I don't think you have to worry about doing double jaw with v line Why don't you check out EU Dental; they seem to be mentioned pf quite a lot
neways08 Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 I think that everyone has an individual case but I didn't find any clinic that could do to me 2-jaw (I'm Caucasian and I have a deep overbite) But for them, it's ok and by their standards, they can do 2-jaw if you have underbite or strong asymmetry of the face. When I asked for on the aesthetic side, all clinics refused me of the double jaw surgery. The only thing that they told me that they can correct the asymmetry of my chin. Yes, I did it and everything went well, but I still need 2-jaw and I will probably look in another country coz here in the U.S. it costs a lot of money.
j_ff Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 @Neways08 are you considering having it done in Korea? If so, which clinics are on your list?
neways08 Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 I did my chin+zygoma in Izien clinic but also I've been for consultation to Everm , ID and ZeahDental .
j_ff Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 Where's Izien located? EU Dental is located next to EverM so I'm considering to consult with both
step-park Posted April 13, 2017 Posted April 13, 2017 Wouldn't it be better to have maxillofacial at a specialist clinic than at plastic surgery?
rosalind66 Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 hi Neways08, may I ask if Dr Kang is the only facial contouring doctor at Izien?
