fromtyrone Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 Does anyone know a clinic in Seoul that provides a surgery called "lower eyelid retraction"? It is a procedure that raises the lower eyelid in order the cover the "whites" below the iris to prevent a droopy appearance. I've been contacting Korean clinics but none of them have been offering this procedure. All the clinics I've contacted have told me that this procedure I'm requesting is not available or not recommended since it may lead to bad results due to how uncommon this surgery is.
