I got infected rhinoplasty and all implants have been removed. Almost all hospitals and clinics in Seoul now want me to use my own rib cartilage, the result is I may end up have 3-5 cm of scar under my breast. However my first rhino was silicon and I had no reaction or infection for over 12 years. I assumed my previous clinic where I got infection is unclean, especially in their operation room, their lobby, waiting area and consultation room look clean, modern and seem fine. After that surgery I have difficulty in breathing until now.

The question for all former is: anyone know where this woman had her rhinoplasty? Since I have breathing issue, I may need to choose hospital/clinic that have ENT and Plastic surgeon. Therefore, I am trying to avoid this hospital. Can anyone recommend any good clinic/hospital with reliable and respectful doctor, would be very appreciated!

For nose revision you might want to look into getting a consultation with April31. IMO theyre not a clinic for aesthetic improvement but more into 'functional' purposes such as breathing issues that you mentioned.

Is there other clinics/hospital with low rate of botched result? I know that no place have zero-infection rate. How about ID, Grand, GNG, Hanabi, AMC medical center, Yonsei Severance Gangnam, Severance hospital, Seoul National University hospital?

Several of the clinics you have listed above are actually some of the worst clinics you could go for a rhino. ID, GNG, and Grand are all huge clinics who cater to mostly foreigners as they are known to locals for being prone to malpractice and botched jobs. These clinics are more like factories who do a whole lot of advertising and marketing. ID and Grand are blacklisted as there have been several botched incidents. Not to mention that Grand was a hot issue within the Korean community for causing the death of a patient during surgery. GNG had recently been revealed to have performed many botched surgeries and they seem to be very "money lead" and don't care about their patients. If you look through purseforum a little more you'll find many reviews of patients having a terrible experience and surgeries there. Please do your extensive research before you decide on a clinic. Best of luck
