mlydzz Posted June 6, 2017 Posted June 6, 2017 Dont know about the max but some girl here exchanged 8k at myeondong and it turned out fine. I read they only exchange cash to cash but I'm not sure. Myeondong has the best exchange rates better than banks without commission so be sure to look at the exchange rate signs they put outside their stands. If you google there's lots of blog posts about it and tell you the address for you to find.
