shingotakeda3582xyz Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 hi, i'm considering to have revision plastic surgery in late August. is that time still a peak season for plastic surgery? is summer a bad time to get it done? (considering sweating)
suzymcling Posted June 21, 2017 Posted June 21, 2017 I heard that weather does not affect surgery but I assume August will be pretty hot.
callmejay Posted June 22, 2017 Posted June 22, 2017 Weather shouldn't affect it, but after surgery you're going to want to be an comfortable as possible, so I would stay indoors with AC anyways. That being said, I had no trouble going around in the heat of SE Asia a few days after my nose surgery.
daysuntilpretty Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 Last year, I had mandible angle reduction in Korea during early September and to be honest, it was very humid and I spent most of my time either at my guesthouse or indoors in shopping malls ^^ I wish I went out to walk around more often, but it was honestly too hot and on top of that I was still recovering so I got out of breath so easily >_< But I'm a pretty unfit person so it's completely up to you!^^ good luck
babbi3y Posted July 8, 2017 Posted July 8, 2017 I heard winter is best for face surgery. it's only because less UV and lower sun heat on face. Sun exposure isn't really good for healing scars, but u can wear sunnies and . Also sun cream is a must
fried-hip Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 me too!! i think it will still be humid, but less hot than july at least
kathy2406 Posted July 10, 2017 Posted July 10, 2017 If your ok with not able to wash for few days then there's nothing to worry about
