I've been researching v-surgery for a while now and was wondering how it's done if you have a significant overbite that makes my chin appear smaller. When I put my teeth together my chin looks huge! Can any of you guys share experiences of your procedures if you had a significant overbite?

Hey @Yumigumi I had a consultation at various clinics for V-line surgery and will share the experience with you. I went to Wonjin, ID, TL, and DA.
Wonjin: Huge clinic with a LOT of doctors. The consultation went okay but I felt that there would be shadow doctors there as there are soooo many doctors in the clinic and they all say they are "specialists" but I heard some bad reviews about them so I didn't go with them.
ID: Very famous for V-line surgery with lots of media appearances. I liked their b&a photos but still the hospital felt like a factory rather than caring for each individual patient.
TL: There B&A photos were kinda weak compared to other clinics but I liked their doctor and their staff members. Very professional.
DA: DA's Dr.Lee is famous for V-line and Facial contouring surgery. I liked their dramatic results and their staff member seemed professional and friendly.
I ended up going to DA for my surgery and the results are pretty good so far. Would recommend DA for facial jaw surgery. And they provide a lodging service for overseas patient for a couple of days after the surgery which was a bonus  let me know if you have any other questions!

Getting just a v-line could make your chin look more short and your face balance a little odd
Double jaw surgery would be the key like positive0222 have said
There's now many clinics which specializes in maxillofacial surgeries
