luzie Posted July 15, 2017 Posted July 15, 2017 Does this surgery exists? A few clinics website listed it as lateral cantoplasty but it only lowers the outer corner and not the whole eyelid. My right lower eyelid is higher (making it smaller) than my left lower eyelid. I wish to balance it out but there are no reviews here. Any help is appreciated thanks.

positive0222 Posted August 23, 2017 Posted August 23, 2017 What you are curious abt is called lateral hotz(making your outer corner of under eye more horizontal from slanted) if you have asymmetrical on horizontal view, it helps to reduce the difference.
