xkiki Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 I went through nose narrowing osteotomy surgery 3 times. The nose base bone on both sides get wider after every surgery. Who specialize in nose narrowing base bone (lateral osteotomy) surgery?
k-couture Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 I dont understand? How do you undergo 3 nasal osteos but end up with a wider nose after every surgery? Is there an implant in there too? Is the widening caused by a wide silicone or is it scar tissue? If its scar tissue you should inject kenacort to dissolve it. Either way since its like your 4th surgery best to get a ct scan first
