I'm writing on my friend's behalf, as she is planning to visit Korea soon and the purpose are plastic surgery clinics. I know that plastic surgery in Korea is quite common and there are a lot of professionals. But which clinic is the best for breast implants and what is the average price? And what is the main difference between famous and not that much clinics?

I don't know whether it's too late to write to you but here I go. I've done quite extensive researches regarding breast augmentation for that's what I'm planning to get done in the near future. I've been reading off Babitalk, the Korean version of PurseForum, and Bong Bong is mentioned a lot due to them specializing in breast. Their stem cell studies all lead to maximizing the results and the recovery of their breast surgeries. You can check out their website: http://www.bongbongclinic.com
I strongly suggest Motiva implants, the average price is 900만원 (roughly 8000USD). If you look into the implants, you will see why it's that price.

I heard about Motiva but does any one know if it is approved by FDA . I cannot find Motiva in Approval list from FDA rather than for MenTor and Allergan natrelle for silicon based fill breast impalnt so my biggest conceen is if the quality is good enough even though it looks quite soft and bouncy thru the video . Anyone has any idea about this ?

Motiva is a very young implant and hasn't been FDA approved yet. There also aren't as many studies on motiva like more established brands like allergan and mentor. It comes down to whether you a willing to try your luck with a newer implant with new technology or go for something that's been tried and tested for years. The whole PIP implant scandal is an example of this, I don't think motiva will be the same and I'm sure a lot of research has been done before introducing them to the mass market, but it comes down to your own personal choice.

I am thinking of getting BA done, can anyone recommend other implants such as Natrelle, Mentor, etc.. other than Motiva?
Korean clinics do tend to sell you towards Motiva, as it is soft to touch but I want implants that are FDA approved. Any recommendations or comments would be wonderful! (And also recommendations of Korean clinics would be the best!) Thanks!!!!!!!!!

For breasts PS you can find quite a few reviews here when you research. The clinics with relatively more positive than negative reviews for this surgery are Banobagi, DA, Park Jinseok, Regen and TL. So you can research these. Hope this helps and good luck!

I have a good feeling going for TL or Regen. But it all boils down as to who is going to offer more affordable rate. Do you have idea about their respective rate? Thank you.. Have a wonderful day~

as for now the only implant brands approved by FDA is allergan natrelle, mentor, and sientra. motiva is not yet approved. I have been researching BA and consulting with several Korean clinics about implant choices, and it seems that many clinics price allergan or mentor higher than other brands such as sebbin. imo I think there is a reason those fda approved brands cost more.
