kotrad Posted September 9, 2017 Posted September 9, 2017 I also read that clinics are required to put the name of the surgeon who will perform your surgeries in the contract you sign with them http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/nation/2016/07/116_210171.html. Apparently if a ghost doctor incident occurs they will need to explain why they changed the doctor.
